We’ve Got You Covered

We’ve Got You Covered is a program established to collect donated materials and delivery these materials to young members of the homeless population. Our current focus is the collection and distribution of blankets. The blankets collected are decorated with inspirational quotes meant to lift the spirits of underprivileged members of the community. The focus of our efforts are on youth members of the homeless population. We aim to inspire these children to take the same actions we advocate all youth members to take and to provide an outlet for these children to get involved and make a difference.

OMG was invited to participate in the “Bring Your Child to Work Day” at Novelis earlier this week. The event is an annual event which allows Novelis employees to share their work with their families. Kaitlin Kress is the Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator for Novelis and was responsible for coordinating special activities for the kids throughout the day.
